Who we are

Well Land Investment Pvt Ltd is a sister company of Antrac Groups under which General Trading, Heavy Vehicle rental and sales and Resort operations are carried out. The company was established in 2014 in the Republic of Maldives. Our involvement in the above areas are as follows:

General Trading

Distributions of food and household products and items locally including resort supplies. We are continuously striving to broaden our services and business activities by establishing healthy business relationships with foreign suppliers and distributors in order to provide a better and wider selection of products and services to our current and future customers in the Maldives.

We will establish ourselves as one of the significant players in the sphere of general trading and imports in the country.

MUDAN

Heavy Vehicles & Logistics

Heavy vehicles including Trucks, Excavators and Bobcats are rented out and sold by Well Land Investment. We are currently the only sellers of such heavy vehicles in the Maldives. The variety of vehicles are not limited to those mentioned and we are willing to take orders and import whichever vehicle is required by our customers and deliver in a timely manner.

Resorts

The company is in process of its first resort Island development with the plan of completing the project by mid-2017 and we intend to start the operation beginning of second half of 2017 with a completely new concept in coalition with a well-known International Brand with maximum number of unique facilities from the resort island in the Maldives.
